The food was terrible. I ordered a buffalo chicken salad. It was iceberg lettuce, a quartered Roma tomato, shredded cheese and celery. CELERY. Drenched in oily buffalo sauce and some chicken. I would not consider this a salad. My husband got a sandwich that was just as unremarkable and my kid got chicken quesadilla. That was ok. The waitress did not seem to enjoy her job and she was picking something out of her teeth while on the floor serving. Maybe if I was a drinker this place would do it for me, but the food itself is subpar.

The inside of the restaurant is small. With outdoor seating, the size doubles. We arrived at 11:30am and were happy to beat the rush (or so we thought). There were 3 people in our party. Shortly after we were sat, the waitress came around and asked for our drink order. Shortly after that, she asked our food order. Then the place filled up. 1 of our group got her sandwich after about 10 minutes. The rest of us got our meals AFTER the 2 large groups got theirs about 20 minutes later. I ordered nachos and they took about 30 minutes. They were tasty but, wow! I would probably come back but well after the lunch rush.

Shantel is always smiling a makes sure you’re taken care of! Taylor cooked this masterpiece an it was perfect in every way. Always good vibes at the Jerzees Cafe in downtown. 👌👌👌👌

Stopped in for a beer and dinner during the Cavs. Had to ask to get the Cavs on TV in a sports bar in Northeast Ohio. Staff was pretty short, and the manager was too. It was Wednesday before 8 pm, and the only food you could order was pizza. The service here continues to get worse. What's the point of a sports bar on the plaza where it doesn't serve the full menu and closes up early?
